East-West Rail Link

£760m funding confirmed for next stage of East-West Rail line linking Oxford and Cambridge brings development opportunities

Development Opportunities

With the expansion of the rail network comes property development opportunities. Plots that were 'landlocked' may become accessible and planning authorities under pressure to release more land for housing will become more flexible in their approach. Gardens or plots could become significantly more valuable.

If you have land that you feel may fit this category, we are interested. Get a FREE no obligation appraisal of your land.

We're interested in helping you obtain planning permission for your land, garden, agricultural or commercial building.
